As a mountaineer and eco-tourism advocate from Kathmandu, I appreciate a thoughtful stay, and Pomona delivers. My room was clean, spacious, and came equipped with an electric kettle and free toiletries, ensuring all essentials were met without excessive indulgence. The beautifully restored cottage showcased traditional English decor, enhancing the experience of the serene surroundings. The presence of a leisure room to unwind added further comfort. Linda and Steve, welcoming hosts, understood our specific needs during the stay, including options for packed lunches. While the location suits various explorations, do note that additional dining options require a drive. At this price point, I found Pomona offers sensible luxury that travelers seeking a balanced experience may find irresistible.
